Six Brazilian supplying companies to the furniture industry will take part in Tecno Mueble Internacional 2018 supported by the Orchestra Brasil, a project to encourage exports, promoted by the Furniture Industry Association of Bento Gonçalves (Sindmóveis) in a partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil). The Mexican fair will be held from August 15 – 18 in Guadalajara with the participation of Cipatex, Crippa, Lidear, Lufati, Promob and Projepack.

During Tecno Mueble, the Orchestra Brasil Project aims to increase the exports of the Brazilian suppliers to the furniture industry. Their goal is to strengthen international negotiations and the positioning of this segment. This is one of the leading fairs in Latin America  for the suppliers to the furniture industry.

Mexico has the second largest economy in Latin America. It is one of the 10 top destinations of the exports made by the companies supported by the Orchestra Brasil project and, in general, there has been an increase in the Mexican imports of products supplied by the companies participating in the project, especially machinery and equipment.

The Orchestra Brasil Project has been carried out since 2006 promoting the competitive inclusion of suppliers to the woodworking industry in the international market. To achieve this goal it promotes market research, missions to prospect markets, individual actions, Buyer’s Projects, Image Projects, commercial missions in addition to taking part in major world trade fairs.  The priority markets for the project are South Africa, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, the United States, India, Mexico, Peru and the Dominican Republic.
